To be a teacher one would ideally be skilled in the practice of meditation. It is preferred that you have some knowledge of meditation. It is expected that you have a regular meditation practice. The course will assist you in developing a solid regular practice.

It is hoped that the course will be delivered face to face in the future. In the meantime, the small groups and regular check-in in this program help to develop a sense of community.
