• Earth Based Mindfulness : 4 x2 hour sessions via Zoom, online learning and practical

• Meditation for Grief and Loss: 4 x2 hour sessions via Zoom and online learning

• Meditation and Schools : 4 x2 hour sessions via Zoom and online learning

• Meditation in Corporate and Community Settings : 4 x2 hour sessions via Zoom and online learning

Mentoring and Practice Teaching

• arranged in course complete with in 10 weeks of lectures finishing

Participation in a related area of Practice:

At least 8 weeks attendance in a class of related activity ( eg Yoga, TaiChi, QiGong, Sacred Dance, Martial art )
